Contribution for the society where anyone can stay lively together, surely including severely disabled people.

The world loudly claims “No one will be left behind” but, disabled people has been left behind nearby, and, situation gets  more serious by family’s aging. And there are so many people who has various hard life.

On the other hand, I am extremely awkward and have so many things which I “cannot”, so, countless unknown or nameless lives let me lives. At this same time, I have experienced there have been nothing useless in the world, even including my extreme awkwardness. So, serving for building society where “No one will be left behind” is very natural for me and it is my own issue to make my conscience delighted.

We all are equally great, therefore, instead of common sense or calculating or correctness, I rather cherish kindness which suits fine with conscious. And, instead of scale or number of people, I rather cherish each one person before my eyes. Then we will be the part of community which is more kind to anybody.

The scene which DigLove is going to see

10 years ago, I got involved in the minority’s world through the Public Relations business, and, there were various findings, such as, viewing disability as a characteristic.
Normally, disability may mean shortage or inconvenience, but even if with disability, there are so many persons who use talent and are active, in various field, art, literature, sport and so on. I fully realized that thinking disability as shortage was my big arrogance. Instead, I realized I have shortages, and, in these 10 years, I got involved in various disabled, then I had been taking various actions in Public Relations for them to be recognized.

!n 2021, Olympics / Paralympics was held in Tokyo, and, many people closely felt the success of para-athletes then were so moved. But, once Paralympics was ended, media exposure was decreased then enthusiasm for disability field also cooled down gradually. Anybody thinks, development after Paralympics is truly important but it could not be achieved. Why ? I didn’t feel good. To feel good, perhaps just doing public relations in the same way as before should not be enough, I wonder. And, at this timing, I met DigLove. Through activity in DigLove, can I feel better ? I am looking forward to seeing what will happen.

Japan’s being reborn & Regional reconstruction / Establishing self-reliant community / Finding blessing and joy in daily local life / Promoting good-hearted and talented person

I wish to nourish true bond and place where people can belong, by mutual assistance and warm heart, because now individual, self-responsibility, evaluation, and, virtual world are main stream now. Through my experience in regional revitalization, I strongly realize that invisible power beyond anxiety and suspicion takes away independence and creativity.

Individual growth strategy and vertical competitive principle cannot stop further scramble and depletion. Only when we have understanding diversity or the principle of respect for others, flexible ideas to delight people will be produced. And this must be the last key for Japan’s revitalization. As member of DigLove, I wish to have cross-sectional future thinking, and, I don’t judge nor distinguish others, but utilize my experiences for joy. Then I wish to produce hope for intercultural community. I believe in our member of DigLove then play my role.

I was wondering what I could contribute for the society beyond business, before reaching 50’s.

Though grassroots activities, perhaps I would get involved in unrefined world, workplaces that requires physical strength, disabled whom I have never met before, communication with care-manager at nursing care site. Then I would feel or learn something, or, be helpful for someone even just a little, and, I could grow myself, or, meet people, or, develop personality.

I will be positive, blight, then looking for the future, I will enjoy my life and “NOW”, with motto that my 50’s would be the best and the strongest period in whole my life time.

“Everyone is different and everyone is good” – I like this word. Like this word, I wish society to be the place where everyone can stay well-being. But I realize, in fact, social system is set for majority to be livable, and, there are so many talented people who cannot exercise talent. So, I will explore for what I can do, for disabled or anyone to make use of what his/her strength, and, for everyone to respect strength and support weakness each other.

Dictorship in a big power / Japan’s leadership / The way of livelihood support

I wish to co-create together the society where anyone doesn’t feel hardness of life and lives together. Especially with power of public relations or advertisement, we collect or provide information then improve recognition and mutual understanding. Then local residents know the fact, then may have interest as own personal issues, and, take concrete actions. In this process, if people and/or organization will connect, then organic collaborations or multi-layered networks would be produced, that will be great.

Coordinating with local residents, or, various organization, we can deliver necessary information for necessary person. By doing this, collaboration or mutual understanding will make progress as movement, beyond each system or framework for vertical organization, I wish.

“Each of us may not understand other nor may not deliver each idea. But if we understand each other, then we may improve the situation even a littles bit more than now”.

I wish to progress such activities steadily.
